First: nothing new about Widow. I really start to hate this project and to tell you to wait. Only thing I can say is again Sorry

So instead I´m coming up with something made in Cinema 4D, but this time the idea came from

. As part of his storys, he uploaded a concept for some - can I say OC in context with a gun - Mass Effect related weapons. After I´ve read it I asked him for permission to visuialize it and I get a feel free. So the text became a rendering

Addition from me: It´s a high caliber full auto assault rifle comparable to the Cerberus Harrier (which is a full auto version of Mattock in ME3 MP). All versions of Grendel are equiped with assault scope, targeting laser, high effective flashhidder and barrel cooler, special grip geometry and slots for 3 reserve termal clips in the shoulder stock.

Yep, Elle's (Velair) is one of my favorites to write about, she inherited her mother's (Kaycee Shepard) tactical mind

So it made sense for her to have a nice weapon or two

As cool as this is, only wonder exactly how flash-hider works

sorry, I'm an engie here so its kinda something i think on.
i mean, i figure flash of ME weapons is made by vaporizing metal shards as the pellets leave the barrel or the pellets simply igniting the air as they go through. cool design still my friend.

I can imagine it`s a mix of vaporized metal (fireing metal with parts of ligthspeed would cause much heat by friction to melt or vaporize it) and partly ignited air which flashes and gives a hard backkick. With these specially formed hidder it should be possible to reduce the kick be releassing the gas through the cuts (the go deep into the barrel) and use it in the same moment to stabelize the weapon. Maybe hidder is not the best word for it.

But I´m happy you like my design. For your request - you can send me your design and I will see what I can do. It wouldn´t be on commission. I didn´t made it for Saintwalker so it would be a little unfair (but much better for my bankaccount
